Oenology workshop and tastings to Cadaujac

This tasting workshop is aimed at those who are curious about wine, including novices!

It begins with a visit to the vineyards and cellars in the company of a wine technician, to make the link between viticulture, oenology and the glass of wine.

Afterwards, a succession of tasting experiences awaits you!

Dry white wines and even more so red wines. First, you taste single-varietal wines, then blend them together.

Then you taste them before and after ageing in barrels to appreciate the effect of oak and you finish with an old vintage.

An experience packed with content to help you get to grips with Bordeaux wines!
