The first floor of the House of François Mauriac is open to the public once a month. Following the tour of the ground floor, we climb to the first floor for a more intimate immersion into the family world of the Nobel Literature Prize winner. Punctuated and illustrated by our digital archives, this tour of the House in its entirety is sure to arouse a great deal of interest… remember to book!
February-March, October-November: 11.30am, 2pm and 4pm.
April to September: 9.30am, 11.30am, 2pm and 4pm.
Length of visit: 1h30.
Includes access to the permanent exhibition at the Chai du Rouge, which can be viewed before or after the guided tour, depending on the estate’s opening times.
