Moulin à vent de Cussol to Verdelais

This mill, built in 1730 by the Célestins monks, was in a state of ruin when it was acquired by the commune of Verdelais in 1997. Fully restored on the initiative of the “Moulin de Cussol” association, it is now in working order. and is now in working order. It is located just a few hundred metres from the Malagar estate, owned by François Mauriac. From here, there is a wide panoramic view over the Garonne valley, the Sauternes vineyards, the Landes of Gironde and, under certain conditions, the Pyrenees.
