This Café Échange is organised in the same way as a Café Philo.
It will give you the opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss and share your experiences, knowledge and prejudices…

The proposed theme is: “And if meditation was …”
Chrystelle Frattini, meditation and spiritual teacher, will be on hand to lead this discussion, provide food for thought, guide you and answer your questions.
This convivial moment, over a hot drink and biscuits, is intended to be caring and open to all. The only rules are respect, listening to others and sharing.
Price: €11 per person, drinks and biscuits included.
